Responsible for the configuration of workday space for 1.8 million associates in Workday located in USA, Canada and India.

The Enterprise People Technology team supports the successful deployment and adoption of new People technology across the enterprise. What you'll do:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and manage Configuration in Workday platform and all connected systems.
• Experience building and maintaining Workday Business process.
• Hands-on Experience using Workday configuration.
• Demonstrated proficiency with web service technologies.
• Ability to design, develop, configure, and test simple to complex Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite) utilizing Workday Report Writer and Report Designer, as well as other tools and available technologies.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with ability to present complex ideas in clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical groups.
• Ability to work in an agile environment with leads and product teams.
• Implementing best practices for architecture, design, coding standards & CI/CD.
• Work cross-functionally with technical groups, product management, business units to drive forward result.

What you'll bring:

• B.S. in Computer Science or related field or equivalent relevant experience
• 4+ years of Workday Configuration experience
• Workday HCM, Workday Recruiting, Workday Compensation or Talent Performance experience
• Workday certification(s) – nice to have.
• Experience/knowledge of large organizations – nice to have.
