It’s that time again – we’re on the first Sunday of May, and that means it’s time for YTECHB’s Monthly Wallpaper Collection aka YMWC. I hope you enjoyed our last three collections of YWMC. And if you haven’t tried them yet then you should also try them along with this collection. Here we have another cool collection for you to try. Read along to grab 15 new colorful wallpapers for your iPhone.
Keeping the collection similar to the previous YMWC, all the wallpapers are optimized for iPhone 11, iPhone 12, and iPhone 13 series. And as always, this collection is also going to be lit. This month, I picked wallpapers from various sources, including last time’sr/iPhoneWallpaperssubreddit,r/MobileWallpaper, andr/iOSsetups. After tracking these subreddits last month, I curated 15 stunning images which you can use on your iPhone’s home screen and lock screen. All the wallpapers attached in this article are in 1170 X 2532 pixels resolution.
As usual, the YMWC collection has a bunch of colorful wallpapers, and abstract images, including some raw images taken on the iPhone. Keeping the list similar to last month by adding hide the notch wallpapers. Yes, you can hide the dock on the home screen, by turning on the dark mode on your iPhone with specific wallpapers.

Black and White (Hide the Dock)
Reddituser (u/Michelle062) shared a stunning iOS setup last year, but it still looks dope and fits today’s YWMC collection. The setup looks amazing, thanks to the minimal wallpaper. And if you’ve dark mode enabled on your iPhone, then it will fade the dock on your iPhone’s home screen. Check out the preview image before downloading.
Clouds
Reddit user (u/HellFuel) shared a mind-boggling shot of clouds taken on iPhone 12. Even if it’s raw it looks freaking good, you’d love to use this image on your iPhone as wallpaper. Here’s the preview image of the Clouds wallpaper.
Gradient Moon
If you like the clean gradient images, then you’ll also like the Gradient Moon wallpaper, shared by u/FmEpV on Reddit. The image has a blue and black gradience effect, which looks stunning. The upper part of the wallpaper has a dark color that fades the notch, see the preview image here.
macOS Big Sur Vibes
macOS Big Sur has one of the best built-in wallpapers, including the default colorful wallpapers. And a Reddit user (u/JacheMoon) shared a tweaked version of the default macOS Big Sur’s wallpaper for the iPhone and it looks amazing. Here’s the preview image of the wallpaper.
Lighthouse during sunset
Just a few days ago, a Reddit user (u/mojodingan) shared a minimal scenery of a Lighthouse during sunset. The scenery looks dope, thanks to the color combination. Here’s the preview image of this minimal wallpaper.
Minimalistic Blue Wallpaper
As the name suggests, it is yet another minimal wallpaper you can use on your iPhone. The image was shared by u/Skueletoh on the r/MobileWallpaper subreddit, looks stunning thanks to the minimal elements and blue color combination, see the preview image here.
Lake House
Lake House is a raw image of Emerald Lake in Banff, Alberta, Canada. Reddit user (u/Axy128), shared this stunning image on iPhone Wallpapers subreddit, a few months back, but still, it looks amazing and you’d love to use it as your wallpaper on your iPhone. Check out the preview image.
Colorful Abstract
Reddit user (u/kimsouza) requested three stunning abstract wallpapers, and (u/babrandon) shared the requested wallpapers. All three images are amazing and we pick one for this collection. If you like the abstract wallpapers then make sure to give it a try. Here’s the preview image of the wallpaper.
AMOLED Moon
Reddit user (u/caboose357) showcases its home screen setup on iOS Setups subreddits, the user picks a dark AMOLED wallpaper for this setup and the image looks awesome. And the best part is, he shared the wallpapers in high resolution, you can grab it from below link but before moving ahead, check out the preview here.
Gradient (Hide the Dock)
If you like the Gradient wallpapers and also want to hide the dock, then this one is for you. The wallpaper was shared by the same user who shared the Black and White wallpaper from today’s collection. You can turn on the dark mode to fade the dock out. Check out the preview image.
Colorful Tweak
Reddit user (u/alpha_omega_x1) shared two colorful images, the light version of the wallpaper looks cooler than the dark version. If you’re looking for a clean colorful image, then you can give it a try. Here’s the preview image of the wallpaper.
Lady Thor Poster
Reddit user (u/gokul1080) converted the new Lady Thor poster from Love and Thunder into a Mobile wallpaper and we optimized it for the iPhone 12 series and newer models. You can download the wallpaper from the below link, but before moving ahead, see the preview of the wallpaper.
Cloud (Neon)
Cloud is yet another stunning image that has neon color effects, shared by u/Skueletoh. It also fades the notch, thanks to the black background color on the top. The best thing is we optimized the wallpaper for iPhone, yes, you can use it on iPhone 12 and newer models. Here’s the preview image.
Spider-Man Mile Morales
As the name suggests, the wallpaper is inspired by the Spider-Man Mile Morales movie, shared by a random user. The image is optimized for iPhone, you’d love to use it on your iPhone. Check out the preview image before downloading.
Landscape Gems
Last month, a Reddit user (u/Kafuzi) shared a bunch of gorgeous-looking minimal wallpapers for iPhone. And we pick one for today’s YMWC collection. The image shows off birds and trees with sunlight coming from the back of the trees, the complete setup looks mind-blowing. Check out the preview here.
